Ordering

We use PayPal to process your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card. This is very a secure online payment system that allows us to confirm your order and ship your jewelry as quickly as possible. You can purchase one or multiple items with a single payment. Our system is currently set up for the continental U.S only. Please e-mail us for other arrangements.

We also accept written orders. Send an email describing your order and we'll send you a total purchase amount that includes shipping and handling - sales tax is extra (8.5% for California residents only), along with our mailing address. Pay by personal check, certified check, or money order made out to Mpressions Jewelry. We will ship as soon as your payment is verified. Be sure to include a daytime phone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you.

Shipping and Handling

Our shipping and handling rates are standardized. Your order total and shipping charges will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

Returns and Exchanges

Our jewelry is fully guaranteed to be free from defects in craftsmanship and materials on delivery. I will gladly give you a full 100% refund for any order that you are not satisfied with. If you are familiar with gemstones, you will know that no two stones are alike, and natural details and handcrafted work adds character to an item. Under these circumstances, returns may not be allowed.

Mpressions Jewelry must be notified prior to any items being returned and returns are only accepted within 7 business days of receipt of the item. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging with a copy of the receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. I recommend you insure your package.
